then gently rest your pointing finger on the left
clicker.
Get Set-
Move mouse so the cursor is at center screen,
then - if needed- lift mouse and center it on the mouse

(We lift the mouse so the cursor doesn't move.)

Now we'll review our stretching exercises.
This time we'll work with your third finger gently
resting on the right clicker.
When moving the mouse, try to make the movement come
from your shoulder.
A slight shoulder movement goes a long way on the
screen.
As before, stretch for 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. Next
stretch for each corner.
Remember to return to center screen between each move.
|
If you lean on the left clicker,
while rolling over a text area,
you'll highlight the text.
(white text on dark background)
To turn off the highlighting,
left click an empty area. |
|
If you lean on the right clicker,
you will get a shortcut context menu.
For a review on turning off the menu,
click the
Back button at the
upper left corner of your screen. |
